1. Who was Saint Patrick? His first name was Maewyn, he was a pagan in Ireland,
2. What did he do? Why do people care? He was sold into slavery for 6 years. During that time he found faith in God, when he escaped he went and studied under St. Germaine. He devoted his life to converting Pagans in Ireland to Christians. ("driving the snakes from Ireland"). He died on March 17th, 641 A.D., I think?
