1. Who was Saint Patrick? he is a saint from ireland that once was a slave and escaped after having a dream about god and then he became a bishop who brought christianity to ireland or something like that. theres also a bunch of miraculous things that supposedly happened to him
2. What did he do? Why do people care? he drove all the snakes out of ireland and people care cuz they dont like snakes lol
3. Do you observe the day religiously? only as a religious drinker
4. Does your city dye its rivers green? i dont even think we have a river
5. Do you usually party on St. Patrick's day? not usually, but i plan on it this year

7. When was the first St. Patrick's Day celebration in the U.S.? probably the 1700s considering thats when a bunch of the immigrants were coming over
8. In what countries is it a public holiday? um, i would think ireland
9. Is it a public holiday in your country? if that means we get the day off from work, then no, its not

11. What are the 3 St. Patrick's Day colors? hmm i'll pick the colors of the irish flag, green white and orange
